- Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days

- Address accuracy: Please provide correct name, phone, and address. Failed deliveries due to incorrect info are non-refundable.
Return & Refund

- Eligible only for damaged/defective items or wrong product received.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refund method: original payment method. For COD orders, refund is issued as store credit.
- Not eligible: change of mind, dislike of shade/scent/texture, opened/used items, discounted/promotional items.
Exchange Option
