Return & Refund

• Eligible only for damaged/defective items or wrong product received.
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refund method: original payment method. For COD orders, refund is issued as store credit.
• Not eligible: change of mind, dislike of shade/scent/texture, opened/used items, discounted/promotional items.

Exchange Option

• For eligible cases, you may request a replacement of the same item instead of a refund (subject to stock).

How to Request a Return/Exchange

2. Attach unboxing photos/videos showing the parcel condition and the problem.
3. Wait for our approval and instructions. Unapproved returns will be rejected.
